About Us
Our love for travel started the way it probably does for most people β a curiosity to see what’s beyond the next hill, the next border, the next horizon. ποΈ But somewhere along the way, our journeys took on a deeper thread β a pull toward the sacred, the ancient, and the spiritually significant. What began as the occasional temple visit slowly grew into something much bigger: a personal mission to trace the 12 Jyotirlingas across India, and along the way, an equally strong pull to explore the far corners of the world beyond it. ποΈπ

Our Values
We started Prayanika, The Traveller because we wished, so many times, that someone had told us the little things before we set off β which website to book on, which bridge no longer allows love locks, which museum is closed on which day, which bus route actually gets you there stress-free. π So now, we write it all down β the sacred and the scenic, the planned and the wonderfully unplanned β in the hope that it makes someone else’s journey just a little smoother, and a little more magical. β¨π§³
Whether you’re here planning a spiritual pilgrimage across India, or plotting your next European adventure, we hope you find something useful, something inspiring, and maybe even a little bit of the wonder we felt along the way. πποΈ
βPrayanika has an amazing team of hard-working professionals. It has been a pleasure to meet them.β
